1. Acceptance of Terms

• Single Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active 5vmw account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false information, violates these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all account balances and permanent exclusion from the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion Compliance: You must not be currently enrolled in any self-exclusion program, either through 5vmw or any other gaming operator, nor subject to involuntary exclusion by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities.

5vmw reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, location, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide requested verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending completion of verification procedures.

3. Account Registration and Security

Account Transfer Prohibition: Your 5vmw account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person or entity. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in permanent account closure.

4. User Responsibilities and Obligations

As a registered user of the 5vmw Platform, you accept and agree to abide by the following responsibilities and obligations:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and will not engage in any form of criminal activity, fraud, collusion, or money laundering through the Platform.
• You will not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any technical vulnerabilities, software errors, or game design features to obtain unfair advantages.

Involuntary Termination: If 5vmw terminates your account due to breach of these Terms or fraudulent conduct, any remaining account balance may be forfeited. You will be notified of account termination via the email address associated with your account.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 5VMW, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM; (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT; OR (E) ANY MATTER RELATING TO THE PLATFORM.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 5VMW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 5vmw's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact 5vmw customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through our customer support channels.

Arbitration: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with 5vmw on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

5vmw reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
